Pinkerton Pain Therapy 

Apply ice to the procedure site, 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off, for at least 2 hours.  You may do this longer if needed.

Do not drive for 6 (six) hours after your procedure. This is a precaution, as you may experience weakness for a short period of time following the procedure.

Do not soak in the tub or get in a pool today.  You may shower if needed.

You may remove the bandage after 2 (two) hours.

Walking and light physical activity is encouraged, but listen to your body.  Don't over do it.

You may resume your normal activity level the day after your procedure.
